From 3/4" FF cut 7 spokes 20" long. Soak briefly. Mark the center of handle and all spokes. Alternate the spokes across the top bar, starting and ending under the bar. Use amazing clips or small clamps to hold the spokes onto the bar.

Base weaving: Center a 22" strand of 3/16" FO and weave half of the weaver to the right and the other half to the left. Then come up over the end spokes to weave the 2nd row. Both weavers will overlap in the middle of the 2nd row - cut if necessary. Snug those 2 rows up to the handle. Do the same on the other side (see photo).

Upset the spokes and weave the following start and stop rows - encompassing the handle and spokes on both sides.

6 rows 3/8" FF (1st row woven inside the handle)
2 rows 1/4" FF - dyed
1 row 3/4" FF
2 rows 1/4" FF - dyed
3 rows 3/8" FF

Pack well. Cut and tuck spokes. Rim with 5/8" FF inside and outside, seagrass between rims and lash with 3/16" FO.
