• Returns / Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are accepted on all items except patterns, books, and coils of opened reed, cane or seagrass.
All returns - exchanges must be authorized and accompanied with a copy of the corresponding invoice. Requests for returns - exchanges must be made within 30 days. Just telephone or email to request authorization. Customer will receive full refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges.
All returned items must be in re-sellable condition.
When returning items to us via USPS, address it to: P.O. Box 744 Vass NC 28394.
When returning items to us via UPS, address it to: 130 Main St. Vass NC 28394.
• Damaged Items
If you receive damaged items, keep the box and all shipping materials for possible UPS/USPS inspection, and notify us immediately, with in 10 Days.
• Shortages / Errors
Any shortages must be reported to us within 10 days.
