Easy Weave Handles have two pieces of wood at the bottom, slightly separated to create a slot for the spokes. Spokes are inserted into the narrow slot which will make it easier to hold the spokes in place when upsetting them and the weaving is closer to the handle, as compared to a regular 'D' handle where spokes are alternated on top and underneath the handle. Easy Weave Handles are primarily used for wall type baskets.
