Terms Business Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Eastern Time For Saturday Openings, please check on the Monthly Sale (a link is located on our home page). It is best to telephone (1-800-338-4972) or email us to verify our Saturday hours. Closed Sundays and major holidays. * No Minimum Order * We accept checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Money orders should be made payable to Suzanne Moore. A $20.00 service charge will be made for all returned checks. * Orders can also be sent COD via UPS. The UPS driver will need to be paid in full upon delivery of the package. Unless previous arrangements have been made, COD shipments will be sent Money Order Only(money order should be made payable to Suzanne Moore). UPS no longer accepts cash for COD payment. UPS currently charges a $9.00 fee for this service. * Open account terms (Net-15 days) may be granted to customers who have done business with us . Accounts not paid in accordance with terms, will be changed to prepay, credit card, or COD basis. * North Carolina residents add appropiate sales tax. Shipping Information * Orders normally shipped within 24 hours. * Orders are shipped by UPS or USPS. A street address is required for UPS. If you receive mail at a P.O. Box, please provide us with that information also. * We charge only the actual shipping costs (which are based on weight/ and or dimensional weight and the destination zip code), plus a $1.00 handling charge per order. Returns * Returns are accepted on all items except patterns, books and coils of opened reed, cane or seagrass. All returns must be authorized and accompanied with a copy of the corresponding invoice. No returns after 30 days. All returned items must be in re-sellable condition. When returning items to us via USPS, address it to: P.O. Box 744 Vass NC 28394. When returning items to us via UPS, address it to: 130 Main Street Vass NC 28394. * Any shortages must be reported to us within 10 days. * Damaged Items. If you receive damaged items, keep the box and shipping materials for possible UPS/USPS inspection, and notify us immediately. |
